ALL-Electric CNC bending is more efficient than traditional hydraulic driven machines. With ALL-Electric, the machines movements are precision controlled by electric servos. The operator does not have to get the feel for setting tool pressure with a wrench.

So from one operator to the next, and from one set-up to the next, there are consistent tool pressures and positions. This results in less scrap and faster set-ups.

The HORN metric EMR/EMB series is an ALL-Electric CNC bender which can bend difficult part shapes and reduce the need for two separate machines.

When bending some of the more difficult tube shapes, they can collide with the bending machine and or tooling. The common way to solve the problem is to bend the part in several sections and weld it together or move it to another machine of the opposite direction.

The bi-directional machine pictured above, the part can be formed in any combination of LH-RH bending.
