  • Electric drive on “C” axis (bend arm) for speed and high repeatability-30kw (40hp) servo drive motor for high output bending.


  • Electric drive gear box uses hardened steel gears in a helical bevel design (no bronze worm gears that will wear out due to back and forth operation).


  • Oversized bend head bearings which remove all forces from gearbox bearings.


  • Direct acting pressure die with independent pump and pressure controls.

BendPro G2 Software

HMT offers the BendPro CNC control system on all of our new and rebuilt tube benders. This system has become the market leader in bend controls over the last decade.

The system offers the flexibility to adapt to almost any pipe bender /tube bending machine or application. The software is easy to use easy to program and efficiently checks for flaws before allowing it to run.
