This is a standard rebuild package for a Pines Bender. It includes completely new electrical controls, hydraulic system and a complete mechanical rebuild. Our rebuild includes tearing down the machine to the bare frame and rebuilding or replacing all components so that when completed the machine will have new machine tolerances, specifications and appearance.

Makes bend angle programming easy!

• GEFANUC PLC based digital control with optical encoder for controlling degree of bend.
• Accuracy is 1/10th of a degree.
• Memory storage of 80 part programs of 9 bends each. (Configurable) Additional memory and longer programs available.
• Intuitive touch screen operator interface unit (OIU) prompts operator's action.
• All electrical components are Nema or IEC rated, see warranty statement for details.

Control Features:

* AUTO/MANUAL MODE: Allows operator to develop part programs or bend difficult parts in manual mode with full control of the machine. Auto mode operation performs the bend cycle in sequence with the selected parameter options.

• RECALL: Brings up stored programs from memory.
• STORE: Stores a part program to memory.
• EDIT: Used to change bend angles in a current program.
• POSITION: Displays the current bend arm position and status of all machine sensors.
• OVERBEND: Displays the amount of overbend from the previous bend.
• PARTS COUNTER: Machine can count batches of parts, Notifies operator when completed.
• PARAMETERS: Used to set machine operating parameters for each part program. Clamp & unclamp time, PDA forward delay, early mandrel withdrawal & oscillation. (Password protected for safety)
• HOURS: Displays production for the last 4 hours, cycle times and total hours on machine.
• LUBE: Controls the lubrication of slides and mandrel.
• ADVANCE SEQUENCE: Allows operator to skip bends in the current program.
• RESET SEQUENCE: Allows operator to reset sequence back to bend #1.

Additionally the control displays messages while cycling to prompt the operator to remove the part, reverse the machine and stay clear of moving parts. Machine alarm conditions are also displayed.
