Horn Metric 100TSR

The Horn Metric CNC100TSR is a 4-Axis, single stack, CNC tube bender with a hydraulic cylinder driven swing arm. The drive system is a conventional chain and sprocket drive. It comes standard with a 144” extended bed and can bend up to 15.75” CLR radii. HMT can provide this machine with longer or shorter bed lengths and can also provide longer clamp and pressure die slides to accommodate larger radius tooling if required. Extended stroke designs on the PDA and mandrel are also available. This machine is provided with a BendPro G2v3 control system and a Parker proportional valve on the C-Axis for enhanced performance. This machine can be provided with either RH or LH rotation.
