12 Month Parts and Labor Warranty

What's Covered?

Any defective hydraulic, electrical or mechanical components shall be replaced free of charge for 1 year after receipt of machine. Labor cost for repairs made to machines will be reimbursed if prior approval from HMT has been obtained.

What's Not Covered?

Any damage to machine as a result from incorrect setup, misuse, negligence or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tooling (if we do not provide tooling).
Machine maintenance, adjustments, setups or downtime cost.

Conditions:

All warranty work must be approved by HMT before any payment will be made.
All defective items must be returned to HMT for inspection.
Customer pays all freight, travel and all other associated cost other than parts and labor.

Extended Parts Warranty:

All Parker hydraulic components carry a extended 5 year factory parts warranty from Parker.
All Baldor products, 3ph motors, servomotors/drives and dc gearmotors/drive carry a extended 2 year extended parts warranty through Baldor.
Replacement labor not included, customer pays freight cost. Subject to Mfg.'s conditions.

30 Day Return Policy: All machines may be returned to HMT for a full refund within 30 days after receipt of machine. Standard in the machine tool industry, customer pays all freight (pending inspection on return of machine).
